PRODUCTION APPLICATION

Hante brand 10kV Aluminum Conductor XLPE Insulated Aerial Cables, it is composed of compacted copper and aluminum (aluminum alloy) conductor, inner shielding layer, fireproof insulating material and outer shielding layer. Compared with bare wires, this product has the advantages of small spacing, high safety and reliability, and excellent anti-atmospheric aging performance, etc. It is the most suitable product for the newly designed and constructed transmission lines of 10KV and below.

---Highest working temperature of cable in case of short circuit, the longest lasting time is not over 5 seconds: PVC insulated ≤160℃, XLPE insulation ≤250℃.

---When the cable is applied to a dc system, the rated voltage of the system shall not be greater than 1.5 times the cable rating; the operating voltage of the system shall not be greater than 1.1 times the rated voltage of the system.

---The product can have flame retardant and fire-resistant properties, the working temperature can be 90 degree, but the production process, materials and production standard maybe has a few of different.

Hante Cable can provide the free sample to you, but you will pay the express charges. 

3. What’s your Minimum Order Quantity?
For electrical wire, the MOQ is 1000 meters; for power cable, the MOQ is 200 meters; of cources, the MOQ can be negotiated. But in order to save the shipment space and cost for you, Hante cable suggests that the MOQ of electrical wires should be more than 3000 meters, and the MOQ of power cable should be more than 500 meters.

4. Can I get a discount?
