APPLICATION CHARACTERISTICS

The Frequency Conversion Cable is mainly used for the connection between the frequency conversion power supply and the variable frequency motor, as well as in the power transmission and distribution lines with the rated voltage of 1kV and below. It can keep the frequency converter in normal operation without electromagnetic interference, It is especially suitable for electric power, environmental protection, petroleum, chemical industry, coal mine, railway, pharmacy, mining equipment, metallurgy and steel, network communication, equipment manufacturing, paper industry and other industries.

PRODUCTS CHARACTERISTICS 

1. The Frequency Conversion Cable, the conductor is plain annealed copper wires, strand Class 2 or flexible class 5, it meets to GB/T 3956-2008 or IEC 60228.
2. XLPE (Cross linked polyethylene) insulation has good temperature and weather resistance.
3. Low transmission impedance, good electromagnetic compatibility.
4. Low operating capacitance.
5. Good anti-interference and low radiation performance.
6. Symmetrical three core cable structure design has better transmission performance than four core cable.


PRODUCTS INSTALLATION 

1. Voltage Rated: U0/U: 0.6/1kV.
2. The maximum allowable temperature of cable conductor is 90 ℃ for a long time and 250 ℃ for short circuit.
3. The ambient temperature for installation and laying shall not be lower than 0 ℃, and that for fixed laying shall not be lower than - 10℃.
4. The minimum allowable bending radius of cable is not less than 15D (d-cable outer diameter, mm).

But in order to save the shipment space and cost for you, Hante cable suggests that the MOQ of electrical wires should be more than 3000 meters, and the MOQ of power cable should be more than 500 meters.
