Hante Cable Meeting Minutes for the 2^nd Meeting of

the First Workers' Congress & the Labor Union

On 24th November 2019, “Wuhan Xintiandi Electrical Technology Co., Ltd” (Hereinafter referred to as: Hante Cable) has held the 2^nd meeting of the First Worker’s Congress & Labor Union in Hante Cable meeting-room.

The meeting should be attended by 26 representatives of Worker’s Congress, actually to 26 persons; it should be attended by 5 committee member of Labor Union, actual to 5 persons; and it should be attended by 5 honored guests, actual to 4 person, one of them is leaved on business.

During the morning meeting, Mr. Jingsong Huang, Chairman of the Hante Cable Board, has delivered a speech on the 2019 Annual Work-report of the Hante Cable; Mr. Gen Zhang, Chairman of the Hante Cable Labor Union, has presented the speech on the 2019 Annual Work-report of the Labor Union; Mr. Guoquan Duan, Chief Engineer, as the Representative of the Senior Leaders of Hante Cable, Mr. Tan bin, Operator of the Production Department, as the Representative of Ordinary Staff of Hante Cable, and Ms. Xiong yan, one of the Team Leaders of the Marketing Department of Hante Cable, as the Representative of the Female Staff, they all made speeches at the meeting.

During the afternoon meeting, many people was addressed the conference, including Hante Cable leaders, staff representatives, members of labor union and special guests. They have fully affirmed the work of the company, the congress and the labor union in 2019, and they are very optimistic and looking forward to the work in 2020. They have also made some suggestions to the meeting.

Finally, the meeting pointed: Hante Cable has moved to Hanchuan Economic Development Zone, has also hired some of leaders and technical specialist, also lunched the International Trade Department. In the new company, Hante Cable's working environment and living environment have been greatly improved.

The meeting still pointed: Hante Cable has upgraded the Corporate Culture & Medium and Long-term Development Plan, it includes but is not limited to "One Core, 2 AIMS, 3 Purpose, 4 New Culture, 5 Markets, 6 Management, 7 Index KPI, 8 stipulation", please seriously study, wide publicity, and put it into work practice.

The meeting called: let us do not forget the original intention and Embrace New Times, Co-Create Xintiandi, make greater contributions for the company and for us.
